Icelanders Sign Petition for Daylight Saving

Close to 5,000 people have signed a petition calling for daylight saving in Iceland.

The petition calls for turning the clocks back by one and a half hours, arguing that the sun is at its highest point at 13:30, not at midday, during the shortest days. Such discussions are brought up regularly, reports.
