McGregor is considered a leading innovator in the art of dance, using various media and collaborating with artists from different fields, Morgunbladid reports.

The dance piece premieres in October. Six performances will be staged in the Sadler Wells Theatre, which seats 2,000 people. The piece was written for the in-house group of dancers.

The show will subsequently tour the world and Arnalds will be included in the team.
