Icelander in Norway Sentenced to Eleven Years for Murder

An Icelander living in Norway was yesterday sentenced to 11 years in prison for stabbing Norwegian media personality Helge Dahle to death in May last year, ruv.is reports. The men had been attending a party in Valle, southern Norway.

Dahle was stabbed four times with a knife and died a short time later. The Icelandic man claimed to have acted in self defense after Dahle kicked him in the head.
