Iceland with Highest Inflation in Europe

At 4.3 percent, inflation over the last 12 months was highest in Iceland out of all European states, weekly Viðskiptablaðið reports.

Estonia has the second highest with 3.4 percent, and the Netherlands is third with 2.7 percent inflation. Both countries are part of the Eurozone, which has an average of 1.5 percent inflation. Overall, the average inflation rate in Europe was 1.6 percent.
