Iceland’s Penis Museum on Time’s List of Weirdest Museums

The Icelandic Phallological Museum is first on a list of the 10 Weirdest Museums in the World compiled by Time. The list was released in honor of International Museum Day, which was yesterday.

Until a few years ago the museum was located in North Iceland but was relocated to Reykjavík. The museum exhibits more than 215 penises and penile parts belonging to almost all the land and sea mammals found in Iceland.

Other museums to make the list include the Museum of Bad Art in the U.S., the Sulabh International Museum Of Toilets in India, the Museum of Broken Relationships in Croatia and the Kansas Barbed Wire Museum, the U.S.
