A sixth man was arrested yesterday in relation to this case and he will be questioned today, visir.is reports.

A Lithuanian woman, who had been in the care of the Sudurnes Police Department, was declared missing last week but was later recovered.

She had arrived to the country on fake IDs and was taken to hospital as she was near unconsciousness. She told police that she was afraid of being forced into prostitution.

The woman’s real identity has now been confirmed through information from Lithuanian police authorities.

According to Sudurnes Police, the investigation is in a sensitive stage and therefore no further information can be revealed for the time being.
