Three brothers from Kópasker in Northern Iceland have produced many videos for the yearly local Thorrablót. Their sketch called The Wooden Spoon Trick has been a megahit in Iceland and internationally. The video is mostly self-explanatory but it starts something like this:
“Let’s play a game. I will hold a spoon in my mouth and hit you on the head. Then you do the same. The aim is to hit real hard so that it hurts.”
Later on:
“You have to swing your neck.”
