Herjólfur, a ferry run by the The Icelandic Steamship Company Eimskip, postponed two ferry crossings this afternoon due to bad weather; the 2:30 pm crossing from the Westman Islands and the 4 pm crossing from Landeyjarhöfn port.

According to an announcement from Eimskip, passengers booked on the 2:30 pm crossing traveled at 5:30 pm and those booked on the 4 pm crossing instead be traveling at 7 pm.
According to Morgunbladid, passengers’ vehicles will be taken to the Westman Islands as soon as possible.
