GusGus in Concert in South Iceland Tonight

Icelandic electric trio GusGus will play in Hvíta húsid (“The White House”) in Selfoss, south Iceland, tonight. The band, which will enter the stage around midnight, promises quality sound and a spectacular lights display.

GusGus released its seventh studio album, 24/7, in September last year, which, according to a press release, has been well-received by fans and critics alike.

Tickets for tonight’s concert can be booked in advance by calling (+354) 482-3244. The house opens at 11 pm.

In other music-related news, Ghostigital (Einar Örn Benediktsson and Curver Thoroddsen) and Finnbogi Pétursson, have released a new digital album called A Quiet Afternoon, which contains recordings from the trio’s concerts at the Iceland Airwaves music festival last year.

The album is available here and video recordings of the concerts can be viewed here.
