Good Morning America Broadcasts from Glacier

By Iceland Review

The US TV show Good Morning America will broadcast live from Iceland today, RÚV reports.

Using a drone camera, the host, Amy Robach, will follow a team of ice climbers into a crevasse in Breiðamerkurjökull glacier.

This is the second time in a year that the program visits Iceland. In February last year, the TV crew visited the volcanic eruption area of Holuhraun. On average, five million viewers watch each episode of the program.

Good Morning America’s website states that the plan is for Roback to visit the Blue Lagoon geothermal spa.
