On Friday the Young Riders competed for medals in the test T2 (tölt on loose rein). The five finalists fought a hard battle and at least one medal dream was shattered:
Gústaf Ásgeir Hinriksson’s mare Björk frá Enni lost her tölt in the third task (loose rein) and started cantering, so his scores went down. Arnar Bjarki Sigurðarson on Arnar frá Blesastöðum had withdrawn his participation in order to focus on the five-gait final.
