Lighter southeast winds in the east by evening. Northeasterly winds of 10-18 m/sec in the northwest tomorrow; 5-13 m/sec elsewhere. Patchy snow or showers in many areas, but fair in the southwest. Temperatures will range from 1˚ to 11˚ C (34-52˚F), mildest in the south.
