Meanwhile, an alcoholic-free concert series called “Coffee, Cakes and Rock ‘n Roll” continues at the so-called “Sober Palace” on Efstaleyti 7 in Reykjavík. The first concert was on September 6 and the following one will take place on September 20.

This coming Tuesday, the punk band Saktmódigur and indie rockers Hellvar will perform. The house opens at 8 pm and the concert starts at 8:30 pm. Tickets cost ISK 500 (USD 4, EUR 3) and there will be plenty of coffee and cakes for all.
