Four Icelanders to Attempt World Record

Four Icelanders will attempt to row from Norway to North America in May next year.

The unassisted crossing will be done in accordance with the Ocean Rowing Society and will be monitored by representatives of the Guinness Book of World Records, visir.is reports.

The team will commence their journey in Scotland, then travel to the Faroe Islands and Iceland. Later, they will continue to Greenland, Canada and North America.
