Firefighters called to put out soapy fountain

Firefighters were called out to stop soap flowing out of a fountain in Reykjanesbaer municipality, southwest Iceland, last night, which was restricting traffic. A prankster had poured a considerable amount of soap in the fountain.

According to local police, the fountain has been a source of trouble for Reykjanesbaer, Fréttabladid reports.

There are sharp spikes in the center of the fountain, which could be dangerous if anyone falls into it. Police worry an accident like that is bound to happen because children play around the fountain on skateboards.
