Fifteen Cars Burglarized in South Iceland

Local police are investigating extensive break-ins in Selfoss, south Iceland, where 15 to 16 cars where burglarized yesterday morning. Two 15-year-old boys have been arrested in relation to the case.

The thieves seem to have been looking for cash and other valuables, mbl.is reports.

Burglarizing cars is one of the most common types of break-ins in Iceland. The things that are stolen are rarely of much value, but the cars are often damaged in the process.
