Radio Karlsson and Orange Volante are among the Icelandic bands and the two international performers are Biosphere and Solar Fields.
The first concert will be held this evening at the local community center Röst and tomorrow’s outdoor concert starts at 1 pm and musicians will perform until 7 pm. Tomorrow night’s concert will again be held at Röst.
This year’s festival is dedicated to the pioneer of Icelandic electronic music, Bjössi Biogen or Sigurbjörn Thorgrímssonur who passed away earlier this year.
The festival is held in one of Iceland’s most spectacular landscapes under the Snaefellsjökull glacier, only a couple of hours drive from Reykjavík. Ticket sales ended earlier today.
