The game was released in collaboration with TianCity, one of the largest producers and distributors of computer games in China, visir.is reports.

The game, which celebrates its tenth anniversary next year, reportedly has over 450,000 users and is now available in five languages; Chinese, English, German, Japanese and Russian.

The Museum of Modern Art (MoMA) in New York recently acquired 14 video games, among them EVE Online, as part of its collection.
