Eight people were arrested at Strawberries champagne club in downtown Reykjavík around 5 am on Saturday morning.

Chief superintendent Friðrik Smári Björgvinsson confirmed to RÚV that three people were arrested on suspicion of purchasing sex and five of the club’s staff, including the owner, on suspicion of procurement of prostitution.
