Earthquakes Registered in South Iceland’s Krýsvík

Two earthquakes were registered in the Krísuvík area in South Iceland last night; the source of both earthquakes was 7 kilometers northeast of Krýsuvík.

The two earthquakes registered 2,6 and 2,8 on the Richter scale.

Tremors have been detected in the area as well as in Vatnajökull glacier’s Grímsvötn volcano, ruv.is reports.
