Couple Ása Einarsdóttir and Birgir Már Gudbrandsson told DV in an interview last weekend that a fertility fetish they had bought while traveling in the Dominican Republic a few years ago had been highly effective. Now other couples want to give it a try.
Once back in Iceland, Einarsdóttir gave the fetish to her friend. Shortly afterwards the friend became pregnant with triplets. When Einarsdóttir and Gudbrandsson got married a little over one year ago, they received the fetish back. Only one month later Einarsdóttir got pregnant, also with triplets, DV reports.
Now DV has received many requests from readers who would like to see whether the fertility fetish can help them have babies too. One woman even suggested Einarsdóttir would throw a party for everyone interested.
“I don’t necessarily believe that the fetish caused [the two pairs of triplets] but deep down inside there is something that makes me think twice. Let’s just say that I wouldn’t […] try to have another baby with the fetish in my bedroom,” Einarsdóttir said, adding that she has already passed the fetish on to another couple that needs it.
