Dill Restaurant Iceland’s Finalist for Nordic Prize

For the second year in a row, Reykjavík restaurant Dill will compete for the prestigious Nordic Prize for the best restaurant in the Nordic countries. The winner last year was Matsalen in Stockholm, Sweden.

Each country nominated five restaurants in the first round of the competition and now only one finalist from each country is left.

The other finalists are:

Henne Kirkeby Kro from Denmark, Frantzén Lindberg from Sweden, Chez Dominique from Finland and Oscargade from Norway.

In addition to Dill the other four Icelandic restaurants nominated in the first round were Gallery Hotel Holt, Humarhúsið, Kolabrautin and Sjávarkjallarinn.
