A total of 7,837 people from 645 work places participated this year, ruv.is reports.
Workplaces compete against each other for the most kilometers jointly ridden by their employees during the three week period.
The project started in 2003 with 533 participants from 45 workplaces. That number increased to 11,381 participants from 666 workplaces last year.
