The largest conference on language resources, the biannual Language Resources and Evaluation Conference (LREC), will be held in Harpa concert and conference center in Reykjavík in 2014, as announced by the European Language Resources Association last month.

Around 1,200 participants on average attend the conference.
It will be the first time the conference is held in Northern Europe.
