The National Land Survey Of Iceland (Landmælingar Íslands) recently opened an online collection of 555 pictures taken by Danish surveyors in Iceland between 1900 and 1910.

The National Survey and Cadastre of Denmark presented the collection to its sister institution in Iceland in 1985 but the photographs were only recently made available to the public online.
