According to election returning board member Bryndís Bachmann, around 11-12,000 people have voted in the pre-election voting station at Laugardalshöllin, while the rest have voted in election stations outside the capital.
Bryndís told visir.is that the number of early voters is similar to last summer’s presidential election.
