Children’s Christmas Workshop Opens for Business

The Children’s Christmas Workshop opens in Reykjavík today, 5th December at 15.00.

In previous years, Tjarnarsalur in Reykjavík City Hall has always been transformed into a fantasy Christmas forest, with various exciting displays on offer—whereas this year, City of Reykjavík employees have worked hard to turn the room into a Children’s Christmas Workshop instead, DV reports.

Children of all ages are invited to the City Hall, where they will find craft materials and equipment so they can make their own Christmas decorations.

They are then welcome to take their creations home with them, or hang them up in the room for other guests to enjoy. There will be a special Christmas Workshop assistant on hand to help anyone who needs it.

The workshop will stay open until 7th January and everyone is welcome.
