CCP and White Wolf merge

By Iceland Review

Icelandic computer game company CCP, which publishes the popular game EVE Online, announced this weekend that they will merge with the American publishing house White Wolf.

The directors of the two companies, Hilmar Veigar Pétursson and Mike Tinney, emphasized that the deal was a merger and that one company is not taking over the other, Morgunbladid reports.

Pétursson will be the director of the new company and Tinney will serve as director of the subsidiary, White Wolf – CCP North America.

White Wolf is the largest publisher of role plays in the world, but also publishes novels, comics, and collective cards, among other things.

The company is best known for publishing the role play series World of Darkness, including games such as Vampire and Masquerade.
