In the program, fisherman Greg Walinsky, who has fished cod out of Cape Cod for 30 years, says the cod fishing is over. “It looks to me like it’s over. And I can’t catch any codfish,” he said.

The cod off Massachusetts has been overfished for decades. Restaurant owner John Pontius told NPR: “If it’s on the menu, it’s more than likely Icelandic.”
