Performers include Icelandic rock legend Gunnar Thórdarson, Gunnar Bjarni from Jet Black Joe and the blues rockers from Johnny and the Rest. The event begins at 9 pm and admission is free.
Hvíta bókin became an immediate bestseller when it was released in Iceland in June, and German, Danish and Norwegian publishers have already purchased the rights to release the book in their countries.
Gudmundsson is mostly famous for being the author of the critically-acclaimed Angels of the Universe.
