Björk Premiers New Music Video

Icelandic musician Björk premiered her new music video for her song ‘Mutual Core’ from her upcoming Biophilia remix album Bastards at the Museum of Contemporary Art in L.A. last night.

It was produced by Sagafilm and directed by renowned American director Andrew Thomas Huang, Fréttablaðið reports.

The video uses a combination of graphics and reality with volcanoes and stones said to feature heavily. ‘Mutual Core,’ which will be available for viewing on YouTube later today, was shot in Iceland last summer.

A team of 30, all Icelanders except for the director and assistant cameraman, helped produce the video.

Bastards, consisting of 13 tracks, including remixes by Omar Souleyman, Death Grips, These New Puritans and Matthew Herbert, is set to be released on November 19 through One Little Indian.
