Big Fish Games Release Iceland-Developed Game

US provider of internet media delivery software and game services Big Fish Games announced on Thursday the release of their new mobile game, Amazing Napoleon’s Great Escape from Tiny Places, which was created and developed by Gogogic in Iceland.

“We are really proud of Tiny Places,” said Íris Andrésdóttir, producer at Gogogic in a press release. “After a full year in development, we are excited to see Napoleon the Chameleon come to life.”

“Tiny Places really shows off what Gogogic is capable of, and we wouldn’t trust just any publisher with this game. We chose well with Big Fish Games, as they are the perfect partner to bring our physics-based platform puzzler to the iOS audience,” Íris added.

The back story to the game’s plot is that a young girl scout was given a tiny pet chameleon. However, the chameleon turned out to be an escape artist and now players have to help him on his quest.

“In this platform-puzzle game, players need to be nimble, use skill, good timing and strategy to help the main character, an acrobatic show chameleon named Napoleon, demonstrate his daring escapes,” Big Fish Games write.

Swinging from peg to peg at the end of his sticky tongue, Napoleon scales walls and navigates around sharp obstacles, escaping from places such as a toy box, a greenhouse and a fridge.

Tiny Places is available in iTunes for iPad and iPhone. Click here to watch the introductory video of the game.
