After his first release Summerplate in 2003, Benni Hemm Hemm has issued four studio albums, a number of singles and other works. In 2005, he received the Icelandic Music Award for his album Benni Hemm Hemm.

On most of his albums, Benni Hemm Hemm is accompanied by a large group of musicians, brass players, keyboardists and drummers, and on Skot he was backed by the band Retro Stefson.

However, at Saturday’s concert, Benni Hemm Hemm will appear solo, playing his acoustic guitar. Musician Borko will perform a few songs before the main act.

The house opens at 9 pm and the concert starts 30 minutes later. Tickets cost ISK 2,000 (USD 17, EUR 12).
