The charges filed by the National Police’s Economics Crimes unit against Baugur management will be heard in the District Court in Reykjavík on February 20 and 21.
The court has also rescinded its earlier decision to split the case in two and try two KPMG accountants charged in the case separately.
All 6 defendants will be tried at the same time; there are 8 remaining charges out of the 40 filed originally.
