Icelandic investment company Atorka Group hf. recently completed the divestment of pharmaceutical company Icepharma hf. The buyers came from among the key executives within Icepharma.
According to a press release issued by Atorka this week, the main buyers were Kristján Jóhannsson, board member of Icepharma, and Icepharma CEO Margrét Gudmundsdóttir.
Atorka would not reveal the acquisition price.
Landsbanki Corporate Finance served as advisor to the seller and Straumur-Burdarás as advisor to the buyer.
