A group of women who work at domestic airline Air Iceland launched an innovative campaign to support the Icelandic Cancer Society yesterday. They are selling lip gloss from Yves St. Laurent with the slogan “Á allra vörum” (“On everyone’s lips”).
Former President of Iceland Vigdís Finnbogadóttir and Iceland’s Minister for Foreign Affairs Ingibjörg Sólrún Gísladóttir attended the launch of the campaign and tried on the special lip gloss for the occasion, Morgunbladid reports.
The lip gloss comes in two varieties: pink and clear and is available on Icelandair planes and in the tax free Air Iceland store in Reykjavík. The profits go to the Cancer Society.
