Air Greenland Plans Iceland Flights

Air Greenland is planning to use its new Dash 8 airplane for scheduled flights between Nuuk in Greenland and Reykjavík during peak season, June 26 to September 4. The goal is to offer travelers a new connection between Europe and America via Iceland.

At the same time the airline hopes to attract more foreign visitors to Greenland and promises prices at a competitive rate, sermitsiaq.gl reports.

Air Greenland’s administrative director Michael Binzer said there are also plans to change the routes between Kangerlussuaq in Greenland and Kastrup International Airport in Denmark.
