The Icelandic Coast Guard helicopter was called out this afternoon following an accident in West Iceland, reports. A truck with a trailer landed off the road in Brattabrekka, east of Snæfellsnes peninsula, in very windy conditions. The road in Brattabrekka is still closed and travelers are being directed to a detour through road 585, Hlíðarvegur.
