Acatvis completes acquisition of Turkish company

The generic drug maker Acatvis has purchased a 11% stake in the Turkish generics producer Fako for USD 20.4 million according to Icelandic Broadcasting System, RÚV. It now owns 100% of Fako.

Fako is the 5th largest generics company in Turkey and makes and sells generic drugs and supplies for drug manufacturing. It employs 1.200 people and is headquartered in Instanbul.
