Icelandic National Broadcasting Service, RÚV, reports that one thousand horses and 12 thousand guests have assembled at Vindheimamelar in Skagafjördur for the biannual fair of Icelandic horse owners and enthusiasts.
According to the organizers, the horse fair is “a unique and unforgettable happening – the biggest event involving Icelandic horses in the world.”
