Icesave-Urteil – Island gewinnt in beiden Fällen

icesave-logoGegen halb 11 heute morgen hat der Internationale EFTA-Gerichtshof sein Urteil im Icesave-Fall verkündet. Demnach wurde Island in beiden Fällen Recht zugesprochen. Alle Forderungen der EFTA- Kontrollinstanz ESA sind zurückgewiesen worden, wonach Island für einen EU-Vertragsbruch verantwortlich gemacht werden sollte.

Young Runner Keeps Setting New Icelandic Records

Continued Coverage of Icesave Verdict

landsbanki_ipaAs reported earlier this morning, Iceland has won both its cases in the Icesave trial. The EFTA Court ruling on Icesave rejected all claims by the EFTA Surveillance Authority (ESA) that Iceland should be declared in breach of the EEA Agreement.
