Members of the Icelandic Cabin Crew Association (FFÍ) met yesterday to discuss recent mass resignations at Icelandair. The attendees agreed on a resolution saying they would not work overtime, following the example of Icelandair’s pilots.

Police Confiscate More Firearms

Police in Iceland has confiscated 32 shotguns, 24 rifles and five handguns, during the first eight months of 2007, which exceeds the number of firearms confiscated last year, 38 shotguns, 18 rifles and four handguns.
