Executives exempt from paternity leave?

Last Saturday Morgunbladid reported that Andri Teitsson, CEO of KEA, Kaupfélag Eyfirðinga, resigned in order to take paternity leave. The board of KEA found it “unfortunate” that Andri wanted to take a long leave.
