The construction of Höfðatorg tower and complex was completed two years ago, but that is just the beginning. A hotel and apartment buildings in the same design are planned behind the new complex.
The photo was taken from the parking lot of Höfði, a building best known as having been the location of the 1986 Reykjavík Summit meeting of presidents Ronald Reagan and Mikhail Gorbachev.
