Pascal Pinon Launch New Album
Twin sisters Jófríður and Ásthildur Ákadóttir, which perform under the name Pascal Pinon, will formally launch their new album at a release concert at Fríkirkjan in Reykjavík tonight.

The album, titled Twosomeness, is the pair’s second and is released through the German label Morr Music.
The album was produced in collaboration with Alex Somers, who has worked with such artists as Sin Fang and Sigur Rós.
Arnljótur Sigurðsson and the Reykjavík Clarinet Choir will warm up the event.
Tickets are available on midi.is for ISK 1,500 or ISK 2,000 at the door.

The festival Reykjavík Music Mess kicks off at KEX Hostel in the center of the capital with an opening party on May 23 at 8 pm. An art exhibition themed around the participating bands will open at the occasion and Boogie Trouble will play a few songs. Entry is free.
