Five Hundred Cast Early Votes in Constitution Referendum
Around 500 people have cast early votes in the national advisory referendum on the Constitutional Council’s proposed amendments to the Constitution of Iceland to be held on October 20, mbl.is reports.

Pre-election voting commenced on August 25.
The Union for a New Constitution (SANS) was formally founded on August 20. Its goal is to present the suggestions of the
Constitutional Council for amendments to the Constitution of Iceland and encourage a good turnout to the referendum.
Official introductory material to the proposed amendments and the upcoming referendum has now been distributed to households.

Harboring the Homegrown
The road to Höfn, a 1,690-person harbor town by the fjord Hornafjörður, is lined with reindeer. Whole herds of the wild horned animals rest peacefully on withered pastures, grace next to sheep and horses and bounce along the road. Soon, Vatnajökull, Europe’s largest glacier and the region’s biggest attraction, comes into view. Looming over Höfn, its outlet glaciers flow down from the mountains on which the bright white icecap rests.

Sin Fang’s Album Release Concert
